We aim to make our Treatment and Services fees as transparent as possible-details are published in the following tables, together with our Existing Patient loyalty scheme offer. Please rest assured that where possible we will advise you of your individual fees in advance of your treatment.
Our fees are based on the length of treatment time and the materials used.

We know and understand the importance of listening to our patients.
We do have a phone call, SMS & email reminder system that works very well. All patients will receive a reminder 24-48 hours in advance of any appointment. When you make an appointment, you will be reserving time and resources for your exclusive benefit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a late cancellation charge to cover the reservation and the fact that we could not make private dental care available to another patient. (The charge is based on appointment length). These charges can usually be avoided if on receipt of your SMS, email or phone call reminder you immediately inform us that you are now unable to attend.
In exceptional circumstances at Dr Downey’s discretion these charges can be waived.
If you would like £15 off your next appointment with Dr Downey, you just have to recommend us to a friend or family member (over the age of 18).
The new patient should mention your name to us at the time of booking and then on completion of their first paid appointment, we will ensure you are rewarded with £15 off your next visit.
