Same day Emergency Appointments
We offer all our existing and new patients same day emergency treatment. If you are having a problem and need to see the dentist urgently, we would advise (where possible) to call as close to 9.00am as possible on the day. This will help us to ensure we see you the same day. Please be advised we keep an emergency treatment slot free every day and this is filled on a first call basis.
Our Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint we would ask you to telephone the practice and ask to speak to James Downey as soon as possible, who will do his best to resolve it for you. Any patient’s complaint will be acknowledged within three working days and a written response provided within ten working days.
